1、报错
Long Message:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory

解决办法：原因是数据库连接只有150，增大数据库连接数

2、重新连接，又报错
Long Message:
ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress

解决办法：因为open_mode是mounted状态，改成opened状态
